バニラの香料の販売がきっかけで創業した内外香料は、
日本でバニラの生産に初めて成功した
金子植物苑と出会いました。
福岡県久留米市にある金子植物苑は、
バニラの生産を確立し、
日本の農家の後継ぎが減少している問題を
解消していこうと活動しています。
その取り組みに内外香料は賛同し、
“ja vanille”ブランドを作りました。

The Birth of “Ja Vanille”
Naigai Flavors, which was established in order to sell vanilla flavors, has been matched up with Co.Kaneko Shokubutsuen, which achieved the first successful production of vanilla in Japan.
Co.Kaneko Shokubutsuen, located in Kurume, Fukuoka PREF, began vanilla production and is actively working to resolve the problem of the decline in successors to farms in Japan. Naigai Flavors has produced the “ja vanille” brand in support of this initiative. This Japanese vanilla meets the high quality standards of Naigai Flavors.
